Are you sitting on your butt most of the time, with your knees, hips and elbow stuck at 90degress, with your core and stability muscles switched off, with your once perky butt squashed and deactivated, with your rounded back hunching over?

What can you do to move out of the sitting position more in your day?

Walk places, do catch up that don’t involve cafes, have meetings outside and walk, choose exercise that doesn’t involve being seated.
