Stop being so tired. Advice from the 1950s.

Check out Jack Lalanne.  This is a clip from his tv show from the early 1950s.

I’ve heard him called the “Godfather of fitness”.

I’ve heard people say “he was ahead of his time”.

Was he ahead of his time… or are we behind the times?

His message – Move, Eat Well, Stress Less – feel better.

I’m pretty sure that message hasn’t changed and we are 60 years on.
