Rexona I will do! Commit and give your goal a game plan!

Okay January is halfway done already and most of us are slowly coming back to reality after Christmas, New Years and holidays. It’s that time of year when we set goals and focus for the year ahead and say that we will do… something!

Whether or not we actually do that thing that we promise is another matter! There are a few cool online tools around that can help and we’ve found a great campaign from Rexona which has been set up to help you commit to action!

Here’s some reasons why it’s worth checking out:

It’s easy, simple and shareable.

All you need to do is sign up online and commit to one simple action. After that you can share your goal – to help you actually follow through! Or you can just use the cool graphic that the online tool creates to remind yourself of your goal. There’s no goal too big or too small, mine was simply to get back to running after having my baby.

It’s backed by some great Ambassadors and the AIS.

Rexona have partnered up with the AIS –  Australian Institute of Sport and some cool Ambassadors like Adam Goodes – dual AFL premiership and Brownlow medal winner and Caroline Buchanan –  dual world champion BMX and mountain biker! They provide you with some advice and tips on making sure you get to your goal.

It’s not just about NY resolutions.

When you set your goal, you can set a start and end time frame. I didn’t start mine until March 2015.

It can give you some inspo and ideas.
