Frequently Asked Questions

The cost of the Spring 2014 bodylove mindset online coaching program is $189. This will give you full access to all of the program materials including weekly mindset video lessons and workbooks. Included also is online accountability, support and check ins from wellbeing coaching Nicola and Jacquie.

Our automatic payment system is PayPal, however it’s ok if you don’t have a PayPal account. You can elect on the PayPal homescreen to simply make a credit card payment. If you’d prefer to do a direct bank transfer, please contact us at info@carpediemwellbeing.com.au

No you don’t. We will be drip feeding the materials to you week by week.  This is the best way to ensure you don’t feel overwhelmed and complete the program bit by bit.

Even though the program is a 6 week program, you will have access to the program materials for 3 months from your date of purchase.

No it is not. The full bodylove coaching program includes four key areas – movement, menu, mindset and balance. This online program is the mindset component of the bodylove coaching program.

If you could put aside at least an hour a week to watch the videos and do the exercises that would be fantastic. You’ll notice some weeks you could spend longer than that doing the exercises if you choose.

Both women and men are welcome to do this online program. Although our live programs tend to be for women only, men are invited to jump on board this time too!

If the timing isn’t right for you but you love the sound of the program, make sure you’re on our mailing list so you can be notified when new dates for the program become available.

You can apply for a refund during weeks 1 and 2 of the program if you feel that you are not getting value from the program. In order to be eligible for the refund you will need to email us and submit the workbooks completed for week 1 and 2 so that we can see you have tried to take some action 🙂
