Wednesday night coaching & education sessions
These sessions are the backbone of the program. It is really important that you attend all of these sessions. If you already know that you cannot make a session due to travel, work etc please note what the date/s are and let us know so that we can try to organise another time to deliver the session to you, so that you don’t miss out on anything. Work and life will get in the way unless you put this in your diary and try really hard to make it a non-negotiable. This is your time. Please make sure you put yourself first. Be sure to allow enough time to leave work, travel and get there by 6:30pm.
Dates: Each Wednesday starting February 12th, 2014 .
Time: 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
Location: Inspire9, Level 1 41-43 Stewart Street, Richmond.

Getting there and parking: Inspire9 is just across from Richmond train station and is also near the Swan Street Tram. There is lots of free car parking available on the street if you are driving.
What to wear: We will not be working out in these sessions however we will not be stuck at tables in chairs (YAY!) You’ll be able to sit in a chair or lounge and relax on the ground. You can just come in your work clothes or bring along some leggings and a jumper to change into so that you are comfortable if you want. You can get changed in the bathrooms if you would like. We will let you know in advance week to week if you need to wear something in particular.
What to bring: You don’t need to bring anything to the first session.
1 on 1 coaching sessions
These sessions will be organised individually to suit a time and location that suits you. We will contact you to organise the sessions.
Movement analysis at Motion Health
Motion Health will contact you to organise a time for you to go in for your movement analysis. If you need to contact them at anytime their number is 9825 2697.
Location: Motion Health are located at Toorak Place, Lower Ground Floor, 521 Toorak Road, Toorak. It can be a little tricky to find as it is down a set of stairs. Please give them a call if you can’t find them.

Fitness sessions start up on Wednesday 29th January 2014 and are on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:15am to 7:00pm at the Botanical Gardens. Sessions are on rain, hail or shine. As part of the bodylove program you can attend all the group fitness as part of the program.
When: 6:15am – 7:00am Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Location and Meeting Spot: The Botanical Gardens (the tan). Check out the map below.
Parking: Parking is free at our meeting spot.
What to wear/bring: Workout gear and water.
You will be sent an invoice / email if needed to remind you to make a payment at your chosen frequency.
