Remember our mindsets are the foundation to our lives:

We all know how important our mindsets are. They effect everything. The way we see ourselves, the world, how we feel and how we approach our lives.

There’s nothing more powerful that we can do when it comes to changing ourselves than changing our mindset.

Sometimes we don’t even think about our mindsets and where they’re at. Or perhaps, we do feel or realise that our mindset is stuck in a place, that isn’t that great, but it’s really hard to know how to change it, especially when we are so busy and have so many other things to do!

Our mindsets are complicated. They are the way they are due to so many factors and influences across our whole life. So we’re not going to pretend that we can click our fingers and change it in an instant.

We need to think long term to change our minds:

But what we can do is start to plant some seeds in our minds that over time really can grow and change the way that we view ourselves and the world. Changing something like our mindsets requires us to do lots of little things not to expect magic cures or quick fixes.

Making our mindset more positive, productive & clear:

In this program we hope to plant and nurture some awesome mindset seeds, and teach you some principles and tools for you to use in shaping a mindset that allows you to be more positive, productive, to feel good and to do more of what you want to with your life.

How the program works:

  • Each week we will look at a key concept that shapes our mindset – from self belief, to self love, to bodylove, how we approach change and how we view success.
  • For each week and each key concept, we will release a weekly workbook and video workshop.
  • Week 1 is available on Monday October 27th @ 6am Melbourne or Eastern Standard time.
  • Each subsequent week is available on the Sunday evenings from 5pm. All the dates are here on the program page if you need more information.
  • The resources are here for you to access at anytime, to fit in with your busy schedule, there’s no set time that you need to log on.

What you need to do each week:

Log on and get focused:

  • Jump onto our website and login to the online program.
  • Close all distractions, other browsers, put your phone on silent – giving yourself your full attention.

Step 1: Print the workbook:

  • Print out the weekly workbook. If you don’t access to a printer don’t stress, just grab some plain paper and you can always transfer your answers to the workbook later if you want to.

Step 2: Participate in the video workshop:

  • Watch the weekly video workshop. We will pause throughout the videos giving you time to do the workbook exercises as we go so by the time you’ve got through the workshops you will have completed the exercises and set your weekly action tasks for you to focus on for the rest of the week.

Step 3: Commit to action:

  • Submit your weekly tasks to us by clicking on the ‘submit you actions’ link that will be below the video each week. This is so we can follow you up and help you be accountable to those actions.
  • If you ever have trouble coming up with some weekly actions – let us know in the submit your actions form and we will help you get focused.

Walk the talk and take action:

  • Take action! These weekly action tasks are then what you need to focus on during the week until you come back again for the next week’s workshop!
  • Sounds simple right – that’s because it is! 🙂

Tips to help you follow through:

  • Do try hard to lock away some time each week to do this work or the 6 weeks will fly by and you won’t have done anything & nothing will have changed! 🙁
  • It is only 6 weeks and an hour or two each week dedicated to you and your mindset isn’t that much and you deserve that time and effort. You are worth it so make it a priority.
  • If you miss a week don’t fall off the wagon. Skip that week or start from where you left off. Just pick up the ball and keep moving.
  • You’ll have access to the program for 3 months so there is some flexibility there, if life gets in the way OR if you’d like to revisits some of the sessions.
  • We’re happy for you to be even more accountable to us and if you would like this option please feel free to scan in your workbooks and email them to us for review each week. We’re happy to help in anyway that we can.
  • If you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to shoot us an email anytime at info@carpediemwellbeing.com.au and we will get back to you asap.

One last quick note is that this online program platform is brand new so if you ever have any issues accessing anything, logging on, or anything like that we apologise in advance and please let us know so we can iron out any IT glitches asap. We of course hope it runs nice and smoothly but you never know so please yell out straight away if there are any issues.

Self belief is SO important.  It’s so funny how we so happily believe in other people and things but don’t put that same trust and belief back in ourselves. Welcome to Week 2!

This week we will be diving into our next mindset foundation which is how you approach Change.

Most of us, no matter who we are have tried to change or improve something about ourselves and our lives at one point or another. In fact most of us seem to be constantly working to change something about ourselves. And this is not a bad thing at all. It’s how we develop, improve and achieve things. Sometimes we achieve these things and make changes long term and sometimes we’re not so successful. Often when we try to change things – it doesn’t work out as we planned, we either bomb out completely or make a change for a short period and then lapse back to old ways. Sometimes we can end up in a place where we feel like we’re failing over and over and get frustrated or feel really disappointed in ourselves. Often it’s the way we approach change and the change process that is half the issue in the first place! But lucky for you you can get better at change! You’re about to learn the 14 most common mistakes that we all make when trying to make change! Let’s get into it!

Your body is your most vital asset! The relationship that you have with your body is an extremely important one and effects your levels of self belief, self love, confidence and ability to feel good day to day. You and your body need to be on the same team and best buds, so that you can get more done with your precious life. Being comfortable and nice to our bodies should be an easy thing, but commonly it’s not. There are some common traps that we fall into when it comes to not loving our bodies and this workshop is going to explore which of these traps you’ve fallen into and give you some key strategies to rise above them and fall back in love with your most amazing and precious body! 🙂
