Our more bodylove coaching program, centers around continuing the development of your four key areas of menu, movement, mindset and balance. Giving you even more information and tools you can use moving forward.
It’s time to keeping show yourself some love, some more bodylove.

The more bodylove coaching program
The 3 month more bodylove coaching program is exclusively for the intelligent women who have completed our bodylove course to stay on track, continue to learn and challenge themselves and continue to progress towards their physical and mental goals. We will continue to provide tools and strategies to empower women to continue to make choices that leave them feeling happy and nourished – effortlessly.
In the more bodylove coaching program we continue to focus on four key areas of your life – menu, movement, mindset and balance. Within each area we:
- Continually refocus on where you are at where you are and where you want to be.
- Educate you on more concepts, strategies and tools.
- Support and inspire you to implement change and action to move towards your goals.
- Challenge you to be better and to support you to be your best.
What’s included in the more bodylove coaching program:
Monthly Education & Coaching sessions
As you’ve experienced, the heart of our program is our group education and coaching sessions. Each month you will have a 2 hour education and coaching session with Jacquie and Nicola, as well as guest coaches spread over 3 months. We aim to continue to challenge the way you think and act in your daily life and inspire you into action. Expect; monthly tasks, take home worksheets, recipes, resources and more.
The monthly sessions are held in Richmond at Carpe Diem Wellbeing’s head office on the last Thursday evening of each month from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. The proposed dates are (these are subject to change):
- Thursday May 29th
- Thursday June 26th
- Thursday July 31st
The main priority is continuing our focus on menu, mindset, movement and balance. We will delve deeper into each of these area increasing your knowledge and ability to implement changes in your life.
Facebook Accountability Group
The facebook group will be used to check in on monthly tasks and challenges. You can share you questions, discoveries and together we can encourage each other to make sure we implement the changes we are trying to make each month.
We are here for you, providing support on and offline. Expect an accountability and support system to keep you motivated, driven to action and most importantly to facilitate ongoing change.
What does the program cost?
$180 for 3 months.

When does the program start?
The more bodylove program starts as soon as you sign up and it will continue until the end of July 2014.
