OVERALL WELLBEING WORKSHOP

Duration: (2 options)

  • 50 minutes
  • 90 minutes

Details:

  • The ‘if your body could talk’ wellbeing workshop is designed to guide the participants through an exercise in self reflection about where they are at with their health, fitness and wellbeing and where they want to be.
  • We step through four key areas: movement, menu, mindset and balance to workout where your strengths and areas for opportunity are.
  • Participants leave knowing where to focus their energy to move forward in their health and fitness, with at least 1 to 3 clear action points.
  • Participants will re-connect with why they care about their health and fitness and leave feeling inspired to take some action.

NUTRITION WORKSHOPS

Details: Nutrition sure can be confusing – especially fats.  Are we meant to love them or hate them and which one are we meant to eat? Come along to this workshop to get educated on all the important facts that you need to know about fats –  the good, the bad and the ugly.

Details: There are some really obvious mistakes that we all make when it comes to the way we eat.  Most of us don’t even realise that we are making them! Come along to work out if you’re falling into some of these nutrition traps and learn ways to avoid them. We’ll also learn about a new food pyramid that will actually help make you healthier and navigate what to eat in this complicated food jungle!
